During the experience, you will taste a variety of authentic Greek olives, award-winning extra virgin olive oils, locally produced organic olive oils from Rhodes, and infused olive oils blended with aromatic local herbs. You will also enjoy traditional olive pastes served with fresh local bread, creating the perfect introduction to the island’s rich culinary heritage.
One of the highlights of the experience is a live olive oil experiment, where you will witness how olive oil quality and acidity are measured.
