Overview
Bali is the largest tourist destination in the Indonesian archipelago, being highly renowned for its highly developed arts, including but not limited to dance, sculpture, painting, music and metalworking. You’ll start by going to see the famous Barong and Kris Dance at Batubulan, before heading on to see Bali’s arts and crafts centre, which includes gold and silver works at Celuk, woodcarvings at Mas/Peliatan and Balinese paintings at Ubud/Peliatan! You’ll head off to see the tour’s main event, the spectacular view of the lake and Batur volcano at Kintamani! Afterwards, you’ll then head down to Bangli to visit Penglipuran, a traditional village, before heading onto Kehen temple, which was built in the 9th century and is dedicated to the Goddess of Fire!
Finally, if time allows, then a stop will be made at Sidan to go and see the Dalem temple and some Fantastic Views for the rice-fields!
