Great guides and a wonderful day learning about the Grand Palace, history and culture
Overview
This small group tour, just a maximum of 20 passengers, is a great way to experience not only fantastic sights but also learn more about the history and culture of Thailand!
After departing from the cruise port you will head to the first stop on this marvelous journey, the official residence of the King of Thailand, the Grand Palace.
During your tour of the Majestic Palace, you will soon realize just why it is so popular with tourists. You will see such sights as the Thorn Halls, the Thai Silk Museum, and Palaces Courtyard.
Following on from this, you will head to the Emerald Buddha Temple. This is a truly amazing place to be! Words really cannot describe the awe you will feel as you look upon the Emerald Buddha Statue itself. Once you have managed to tear yourself away from this glorious sight, you will then make your way to Wat Po. Here, you will be able to look upon the famous reclining Buddha, as well as the Thai Massage Origin Wall Decoration. This tour is not to be missed!
At the end of the tour, you will be returned back to the port in plenty of time for your cruise ships departure.
