What is a Private Transfer? When you make a private reservation the transfer you have reserved will be for you and your party only, this will not be shared with other clients.
How Much Luggage can I take? Maximum of 2 Bags per person - if you require more please contact us before booking.
Can you provide child seat? Yes please request at time of booking. Maximum age 2 years old maximum height in sitting position 50cm, Maximum weight of infant 20 pounds. Booster seats are not provided and is not required by UAE law.
What type of vehicles would I expect? It depends on how large your party is, we provide all sizes of transport from cars and minibuses to coaches.
How far in advance would I need to reserve transfers? It is always better to reserve them as soon as you can, some destinations there is limited transport available especially on busy cruise port days.
If I book a transfer to pick me up from the cruise port where will the driver be waiting? Our drivers will be waiting at the entrance of each port, with a Venture Ashore Sign.
If I book a transfer to pick me up from the airport where will the driver be waiting? Our driver will be waiting in the airport terminal, all of our drivers monitor the flight arrivals so if you are delayed you will still be met.
What if we cannot locate our driver? We provide an emergency contact number on our voucher which we issue to all clients on booking.
If I want to reserve the transfers when do I make payment? We would require full payment on booking.

To ensure we have room for all people’s luggage please be advised that there is sufficient room for each person to travel with one large suitcase + carry on, or two medium bags + carry on.

Should you have more luggage than this please advise prior to your departure so that alternate arrangements can be organized. If we are not advised prior to this then you may not be able to travel and no refund will be provided.
