This tour is an absolutely excellent opportunity to get to know the Caribbean. With its wide variety of marine life, and superb, crystal clear waters, there really is no better tour in the area. This is not a chance to be passed up, so what are you waiting for?!
This tour takes you to Goff’s Caye. A small island lying some 25 minutes away from Belize, Goff’s Caye sits right on the edge of the Belize Barrier Reef. For this reason, the island has long been considered a world-class snorkeling destination.
But to reach the island, you must first go on a scenic boat ride. During the journey, you’ll pass numerous mangrove islands. These are natural habitats for Brown Boobies, Terns, and even fierce Frigate Birds. You may even spot a bottle nose dolphin. With all those fantastic views, the boat ride is a tour in itself!
After your superb snorkeling experience, you’ll then discover that Goff’s Caye is also an excellent beach experience too! Its golden sands and turquoise waters really are just brilliant.
Let’s face it, there aren’t many other places that offer as beautiful scenery, or as relaxing a climate, are there? So don’t miss this golden opportunity!
Please note that no beach chairs are rental only, as are umbrellas. Lunch is also not provided. There is no wheelchair accessibility, but we do our best to accommodate guests in chairs.

Goffs Caye snack stand only accepts cash. They sell bbq items, chicken kabobs, grilled lobster tails, cold beverages, and coconuts. Lunch items are approximately $5-$10.

The boat has a half cabin which offers a little shade, but Venture Ashore classifies this tour as a full sun activity, so dress appropriately.
