Overview
Guests will be welcomed at the Cruise Terminal where your guide will greet you and begin your adventure.
The tour starts with a scenic drive through Belize City toward the famous Community Baboon Sanctuary.
Along the way, your guide will share the vibrant history and culture of Belize.
Upon arrival at the sanctuary, you’ll have access to restrooms and a small museum that gives an overview of the area’s conservation efforts.
From there, enjoy a guided walk through the lush jungle as you learn about the howler monkeys and observe them in their natural habitat, perfect for photos and up-close wildlife encounters.
After your visit with the monkeys, you’ll head to the village of Hattieville, where your jeep awaits. You’ll then drive through the village of Gracy Rock and take on an adventurous jungle trail deep within the Maya Mountains. During the rainy season, this route offers exciting mudding opportunities that make the experience even more thrilling.
Along the same trail, you’ll stop to explore a natural dry cave system once used by the ancient Maya. Inside, you’ll see impressive rock formations and remnants of pottery left behind centuries ago. When you emerge from the cave, your guide will help capture group photos before you continue your jeep trail experience.
Your adventure continues to the village of Freetown Sibun, where a delicious Belizean lunch awaits.
After lunch, relax as your guide drives you back to Belize City and returns you safely to the port.
This tour blends wildlife, culture, adventure, and history, perfect for guests looking for a complete Belize experience.
