Your first stop is Spanny Falls, a hidden gem nestled deep in the forest. Here, you have the option to admire the waterfall from an upper trail or take a short but adventurous hike down to its base. Surrounded by vibrant foliage and the sounds of the jungle, the reward is a breathtaking cascade and a natural pool perfect for a refreshing swim or quiet reflection.
Next, continue to the world-renowned Emerald Pool, part of the UNESCO-listed Morne Trois Pitons National Park. After a gentle walk-through lush greenery and tree ferns, you’ll arrive at the sparkling, emerald-hued basin fed by a delicate waterfall. Whether you choose to dip your toes in the cool waters or simply take in the serene beauty, it's a moment that captures the essence of Dominica’s unspoiled charm.
To conclude your tour, you’ll head back down to the capital area for a relaxing stop at the Botanical Gardens. Here, you can stroll among exotic plants and flowers, see giant bamboo clusters, and perhaps catch a glimpse of the Sisserou Parrot, Dominica’s rare and vibrant national bird. It’s also a perfect spot to capture some final photos before returning to your ship or hotel.
