Overview

You will be met at the port by a Venture Ashore representative who will then guide you to your air conditioned transportation ready to commence your tour.

Once you have met up with your guide the tour will commence.
The first stop will be at the famous Gibb's Hill Light House, a 100 foot lighthouse which was built in 1846 of cast iron - it is the oldest of its kind in the world and one of only two cast iron lighthouses still in existence.
There will be a short stop here for photo opportunities or also to souvenir shop in the gift shop located at the base of the lighthouse.
From here you get views of both the city of Hamilton and the Royal Naval Dockyard, so don't forget your cameras. (The stop here will be approximately 15 minutes).

The tour will then continue along the beautiful south shore, where there will be an opportunity to take more photographs, this time at the Horseshoe Bay Beach overlook.
This area is surrounded by beautiful views and picturesque scenery.

Moving on there will be a short stop at John Smiths bay, getting a chance to walk on the famous pink sand beach, spending a few minutes feeling the waves running over your feet, or to just simply take in the most breathtaking views. (short stop of around 10 minutes)

St. George is the next stop of the tour.
St. George the old town is a UNESCO World Heritage site, here we will get to explore the old town, maybe taking in a coffee of a quick bite to each before the tour will continue into Hamilton.

Hamilton is the capital of Bermuda, there are many shops and restaurants to explore at your leisure. This is where the tour will end for you to enjoy this fantastic city or to just simply jump on a ferry to take you back to the cruise ship. The ferries have many departure times and it takes approximately 20 minutes to get back to the cruise port.

Important Information: Please be advised that when ferries are not on regular schedules, or your cruise ship is only in for one day, then you will be transferred by bus back to the ship, otherwise if your ship overnights in port, then you will return by ferry and will be given a ferry ticket.

We return by ferry but it is the customer's responsibility to arrange, however the transportation drops you off directly outside the ferry terminal and our driver will point you in the right direction
The ferries leave at 1.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm, 6pm, 7.30pm and 9pm and it takes approximately 20 minutes journey time
