Overview
Graycliif Restaurant, one of the Caribbeans first Five-Star restaurants is offering a wine lovers dream. Upon your arrival at the Graycliff grounds, you'll be greeted with a glass of champagne and taken on a tour of this wonderful property. Visit the Wine Cellar, the largest in the Caribbean and one of the top 10 in the western hemisphere. Here, you'll view the 250,000 bottles from over 400 vintners in 15 countries that have been personally collected by Enrico Garzaroli, Graycliffs owner and master sommelier.
You will be treated to a five-course wine paired tasting menu served in one of the lovely dining room.
The menu changes seasonally, but would include an appetizer, soup or salad, main course, cheese course and dessert.
