On arrival at the Art of Chocolate at Graycliff Chocolatier your tour will being your chocolate journey with a tour of the factory. This enjoyable experience allows you to explore the factory and learn how cocoa beans become scrumptious candy. Discover the roasting process to ground cocoa nibs into liquid and finally see this poured into sculpted moulds.
From here you enter the classroom for the second part of your tour where you will create your own chocolate bar and other chocolate goodies! This tasty tour takes you an an authentic educational experience from bean to bar.
