Overview
You will be met at the port of Panama at Amador Cruise Terminal.
Embark on an adventure to the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve in Soberana National Park. The tour will commence with a boat ride to Monkey Island in Gatun Lake. Here at Monkey Island, the dense rainforest, wildlife and scenery is something not to be missed, don’t forget your camera to capture these incredible memories, such as spotting capuchins, tamarins and howler monkeys playing in the trees. Capture the jungle in its natural beauty, up close!
The tour will then continue to the Corozal Arts and Crafts Centre, here we can experience the traditional crafts, such as the jewellery, pottery and textiles while talking to the local artisans about the culture and lifestyle, experiencing the craftmanship first hand, learning the stories about their creations.
Continuing with the itinerary of the tour, we will have a stop at Casco Antiguo, Panama City’s historic district and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy some free time at one of the most popular Plaza, enjoying the beautiful views of Spanish, French and American Architecture.
This tour provides a unique insight into the culture and history of Panama, your guide will be giving you running commentary throughout the tour.
