Overview
This trip is ideal for those who love nature, wildlife and sightseeing.
Taking you on an adventure via River Cruise around the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve.
Embarking on a Panga style boat (small, fast, similar to fishing boats), we will go on an exploration cruise of Panama’s rainforest, boasting the wildlife such as, monkeys, birds and sloths , not to mention the fauna and flora on display.
The tour will then move on to the Corozal Arts and Crafts Centre, here we will have some free time to explore the craftmanship first hand. There are many displays of jewellery, textiles, pottery and much more here, stop and talk to the locals as they explain about their creations. If you are looking for a souvenir from Panama, then this is your place!
Finally, the last stop of the tour, will be the Casco Antiguo, which is Panama City’s historic district and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Again, there will be free time to explore the beauty of this area, squares which are influenced by the American, Spanish and French architecture.
At the end of the tour, you will returned back to the cruise port in plenty of time for your cruise ships departure.
