After your dolphin encounter, take advantage of the free admission to the Water Park and its 10 water slides, fresh river, kid's playground and swimming pool area all set in a natural environment.
You'll have the opportunity to hug and pet a dolphin, as well as do a handshake.
Marvel at your new friend while it performs a series of amazing behaviors!
Our professional photographers will capture these magical moments for you. Photo prices vary based on the package you purchase.

For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited.

You must bring your prepaid voucher or you will not be allowed to participate in this program. No exceptions.

This program includes a 15-minute briefing and 40 minutes with the dolphins.

You will take a taxi to the water park, about a 30-minute ride from the cruise pier. The cost is approximately $17-$20 per taxi (up to 4 people) each way.

You may observe someone participating in a dolphin program by paying the admission fee at the park. The cost is $25 for adults and $19 for children ages 4-11.

Please bring cash or credit card if you wish to purchase photos, and bring cash for locker rental, and additional food and beverage purchases.

Hours of park operation are 10am-5pm.

You must wear a swimsuit for your Dolphin Encounter.

The Dolphin Swim facility does not accept US cash in their restaurants, boutiques and photo purchase stations. Please bring Pesos or a Credit/Debit card to make any payments.

Children over 4.6ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.

Children over 3.9ft up to 4.6ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program.

Children over 3.3ft and up to 3.9ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per child).

Children under 3.3ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).

For the safety of the animals, please use only biodegradable sunblock.

Jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object that might scratch the dolphins are not allowed.

Non-swimmers are welcome. Each person is required to wear a life jacket.

Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

Maximum of 20 people per time slot.

Guests must follow the rules of the guides/instructors at all times.
