From the bustling Fisherman’s Wharf to charming James Bay and the lively Inner Harbour, you’ll savour iconic Canadian dishes while exploring some of the city’s most picturesque spots.

We kick things off at Finest at Sea, one of B.C.’s most respected seafood suppliers since 1977.
With one of the largest fishing fleets in the province, they serve up premium local catches, think smoky candied salmon and buttery sablefish that showcase the true taste of the West Coast.

Next, we visit Imagine Studio Café for a warm, comforting bite of bannock, a traditional Indigenous fried bread that’s as rich in history as it is in flavour.

Then, it’s off to the floating homes and colourful charm of Fisherman’s Wharf, where you’ll sample one of Canada’s most debated creations, Hawaiian pizza, and learn the surprising story behind this sweet-and-savory sensation.

From there, we stroll through James Bay, passing heritage homes and landmarks like the Pendray Inn, Legislature Building, The Empress Hotel, and the scenic Waterfront Causeway.

At the Steamship Terminal Building, indulge in a maple syrup tasting and a bite of the legendary Nanaimo Bar, the no-bake dessert that made Vancouver Island famous. Then, raise a glass to Canada’s most iconic cocktail, the Caesar, at the Steamship Bar & Grill (non-alcoholic options available)

Our next stop is Beavertails, where you’ll dig into a classic poutine, crispy fries, rich gravy, and squeaky cheese curds, the ultimate comfort food.

Finally, we end on a sweet note at Rogers’ Chocolates, Canada’s oldest chocolatier.
Sample a trio of handcrafted treats, including their signature maple cream chocolate, for the perfect finish to your culinary journey.

Transportation is not included. You will be required to get to the meeting spot on your own. Taxis are readily available and can be arranged on site. This also will allow you time to enjoy the locations at your own pace if time allows after the tour
