We start the tour at the historic Hudson Bay Building.
Completed in 1922, this iconic building is now the home of the bustling Victoria Public Market.
Here we will get a tour of the market that includes a decadent farm-to-table soup and an authentic decadent South Indian cuisine.
We then make our way to historic Chinatown where we visit the Chinese Public School and explore the vibrant culinary scene along colorful Fisgard Street.
After stopping at the famous Gates of Harmonious Interest, the tour makes it’s way to Oni Oni for some Japanese Onigiri.
We then visit Maiiz Nixtamal where chef Israel makes an authentic taco using his handmade tortillas.
A total gem along Fisgard Street!
After walking through Fan Tan Alley, the narrowest street in Canada, we stop at Friends & Family Bakery for some Filipino treats.
Next is trendy Dumpling Drop for some Thai-style fried dumplings.
Spicy, crunchy, and not-to-be-missed.
We end the tour at one of the city’s best breweries, Whistle Buoy Brewing, to sip on some craft beer or a locally made soda.
