The roads of Antigua will take you through village after interesting village as you make your way to a private home with a wonderful history.
As you approach this property, you'll begin to hear about the land and the story behind it.
Soon you'll find yourself on top of a panoramic vista overlooking a valley, with cows and sheep dotting the landscape.
The home looks modest from the exterior, but you'll be astounded once inside.
Artifacts from the original settlers who bought the land in the 16th century surround you.
The owner, who is also a direct descendant of the original family, will graciously walk you through the areas of her home that are open to you and will answer questions about her prized collections.
Endemic trees and medicinal herbs are grown in the backyard and not only will your guide provide knowledge on the healing powers of these plants, but you will also enjoy a freshly brewed cup of herbal tea.
There is no doubt that everyone of any age will be entranced here.
We will continue on to a local Pineapple Farm where you will get to see production of this important crop.
You will see the fruit in all of its stages of growth, and even get to enjoy it later on when you are at the beach, but first we are headed to Frye's Estate.
Here you will see two of the islands oldest Sugar Mills, now in ruins and immensely picturesque.
We can't let you forget that you're on a Caribbean island and, therefore, our next stop will be a beautiful beachfront setting.
Whether you prefer to lounge on a chair in the shade of an umbrella and gaze at the azure blue water or jump into it, you'll love this refreshing time on a private beach of white sand.
Families will enjoy the beach games or water sports activities while building up hearty appetites.
Luckily, this free time is followed by a terrific and typical West Indian lunch.
The food is tantalizing and the staff are very welcoming as you dine in the midst of the music of steel pans and a lovely local artist reciting poetry.

Your guide meets you at your cruise port, ready to take you on your half day North island discovery tour.
Depart the cruise port and get to know St. Lucia’s rich history while taking in spectacular elevated views of the north of the island. This tour departs at 9:30 and 12:30 p.m. and begins in the capital city of Castries, driving past the local market and other various points of interest. Moving along up the zigzagging road whilst taking in panoramic views of the harbor, city and even the neighboring island of Martinique on a clear day. The journey continues up to the Morne complex to view Monuments, tombstones and age-old architecture.
A few more minutes’ drive time and you arrive at the first stop; Howelton Estate. This estate has a rich history and features a café, artist studio and retail outlet; Caribelle Batik. At this stop you will witness a Batik demonstration as well as a short presentation on chocolate production, after which you will get the chance to engage in some retail therapy.
The journey continues along secondary roads through the hills and charming rural communities with picturesque views, highlighting the Caribbean and Atlantic Coast. The islands flourishing green landscape creates an ambience of serenity as we descend the mountain ridges to our final stop; Stony Hill.
This private home of the Stony’s sits on 3 acres of well maintained tropical gardens, complete with its own waterfall and orchid nursery and to top all of this, the most striking view of Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay Village. Tasty refreshments and an exhibit of local fruits, handpicked from the gardens await you whilst you relax in the courtyard or next to the pool if that’s your preference.
Restrooms are available before the short journey back to the cruise port.

Our half-day snorkelling adventure begins at the Carenage, where you’ll be welcomed aboard our spacious 60-ft catamaran, purpose-built for comfortable day charters. After a warm introduction from our friendly crew, we set sail along Grenada’s picturesque west coast. Relax to laid-back music and enjoy refreshing drinks from our open bar (alcoholic beverages are served after snorkelling).
Our first stop is the world-famous Underwater Sculpture Park. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, you’ll snorkel among the captivating submerged artworks while learning about the stories and meanings behind each unique sculpture.
Next, we cruise just 10 minutes north to Flamingo Bay. Here, guests can snorkel independently within designated safe zones, discovering vibrant coral formations and an abundance of marine life in this pristine bay.
