Perched at the top of the Skyline Gondola, the tasting room offers breathtaking views over Rotorua city and lake, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and delicious local fare.
Afterward, return to Tauranga to enjoy dessert and a cocktail (or coffee, if you prefer) at the elegant Salinity Restaurant & Bar, overlooking the sparkling harbour and marina.
To complete your day, we journey back via what we proudly call the best beach in the Southern Hemisphere.
