Meet your small group for an on time departure, as there is a much to discover on this full day tour, settle in and bring your appetite!
Starting with a beautiful drive over the Remutaka Ranges and stop to experience the summit before descending into the stunning Wairarapa region.
Your first stop is an enjoyable visit at C'est Cheese located in the small town of Featherston.
Discover a fascinating range range of both local and imported cheeses alongside gourmet foods.
From there it is time to explore the heart of Martinborough – winemaking. Visit some of the oldest vines in the region and enjoy a winemaker-led vineyard walk learning about the vines as you go before lunch is served in amongst the vines.
You will try a range of locally produced world class wines in this incredible setting.
You may not want to leave, but you have another stop waiting - discover some of the oldest olive trees in Martinborough, wander through the groves as you learn the various types and of course learn to taste the oil like an expert!
Alongside an extra virgin olive oil to infused oils to recipes, they really have thought of everything!
Next is an introduction to a craft beer tasting paddle at Martinborough Brewery. You can choose 4 of the 8 tap beers - you may discover you have more than one favorite!
Your last and final taste, is a delicious sweet treat as you discover products at Schoc chocolates in Greytown where you can try some of their newest chocolate treats!
A perfect ending to your tasting journey, and from there you will board your transport for your return trip with a drop off back to Wellington.
