Your adventure begins at the cruise terminal, where you will meet your local guide before boarding a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for an intimate small-group experience limited to 18 guests.
Your first stop is the iconic Balata Church, a stunning replica of Paris’ Sacré-Cœur Basilica, surrounded by tropical greenery and offering panoramic views over Fort-de-France Bay.
Continue to the refreshing Alma River, where you can unwind in the peaceful rainforest atmosphere and dip your feet into its crystal-clear waters.
Travel along the scenic Route de la Trace, winding through the island’s lush tropical forest, before arriving at the beautiful Saut du Gendarme Waterfall, reached after a short walk through the rainforest.
The journey then leads to Saint-Pierre, once known as the “Little Paris of the Antilles” before the devastating eruption of Mount Pelée in 1902. Explore the fascinating ruins of the theater and discover the dramatic history of this historic town beneath the shadow of the volcano.
