Overview
Your representative will be waiting for you at the cruise port as soon as you disembark from the ship.
Before reaching the caves, you will have a short stop in Porto Cristo, a beautiful Mallorca town where you can relax and take in the beautiful scenery and take photographs before the tour continues.
Then, you'll travel to the Caves of Drach, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mallorca. There are four separate tunnels in the cave: The Cave of Luis Salvador, The Cave of the French, The Black Cave and The White Cave. They are all connected and stretch to nearly 2.4 kilometers in depth.
Inside the Caves, you will find the Lake of Martel, an underground lake which, at 1150 meters long, is considered one of the biggest underground lakes in the world.
You may be fortunate enough to witness one of the daily concerts of classical music that plays near the lake. On a short boat trip across the lake, you'll get the opportunity to admire the engineered lighting by Carlos Buigas.
From the caves, the tour will move on for a short stop at the Pearl Factory, where you can window shop or even purchase some of the famous pearls of Mallorca. There are also public conveniences here and a bar, should you wish to purchase water or a snack.
After this fascinating tour, you will be taken back to the port in plenty of time for your cruise ships departure.
