Discover the essence of Puerto Madryn on this scenic city and nature excursion.
We begin with a guided city tour, exploring the commercial center and historic district, and enjoying views of the mineral and cruise piers.
The visit continues to the Punta Cuevas panoramic viewpoint, home to the Tehuelche Indian Monument, honoring the region’s original inhabitants.
From there, we travel along Playa Paraná toward the Punta Loma Nature Reserve.
At this protected area, we visit a colony of South American sea lions, observing both juveniles and adults from specially designed cliffside balconies.
The reserve also offers excellent opportunities to spot marine birdlife, including black cormorants.
After this memorable encounter with Patagonia’s wildlife, we return comfortably to the Puerto Madryn cruise terminal.
