Embark on your journey to Olympia on a scenic drive toward Ancient Olympia, where you will have the chance to learn all about Olympia's history by your very knowledgeable tour guide; The ruins of ancient Olympia, which is dedicated to Zeus, located at the south-western foot of Mount Kronios.

There are many highlights of your visit to Olympia, such as The Atlis, known as the sacred grove of Zeus, The classical Temple of Zeus which is dedicated to the god of Zeus! There is also, the temple of Hera, a temple that is dedicated to Hera, the queen of the Greek Gods. There is the outside the Altis: the Greek baths, there is also the Roman hot baths to see and the Priests Residence.

There is so much to see and learn in Olympia, your guide will ensure you learn all you need to know whilst out on tour here. Once you have explored the ancient ruins of Olympia, ensure you make the most of your time when you have the chance to have some free time for approximately 50 minutes, you can enjoy the local shops, cafes, and bars where you can enjoy a drink and relax.

Once your tour has come to an end, you will be returned back to the port or if you wish you can be dropped off in the town center of Katakolon where you can explore the city at your own pace, you can also find a lot of Cafe's, Restaurants and Souvenir shops here and make your own way back to the port in plenty of time for your cruise ships departure.
