Overview
Your private driver will collect you from your hotel to drive you out of the big city and experience a drive to Ratchaburi province.
The drive is around 100km West from Bangkok and you will sit back and take in the Thai scenery. The Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is a well known and colorful market for locals and visitors. You will see the way many locals live out their lives the way they have done for generations, using traditional boats to navigate the area's many rivers, villages and floating markets.
During your tour you will experience a paddle boat ride through the canals and discover how Thai people live alongside the labyrinth of canals in this area. Arriving at the famous Damnoen Saduak Market, you can stroll around the colourful floating marketplace bustling with boats and vendors selling tropical fruits and other delights.
Continue to Kanchanaburi and visit the River Kwai Bridge and enjoy a walk along a short stretch of the railway. Continue to visit a World War II Cemetery in the centre of town.
On your return journey to Bangkok, you will uncover the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tam Sue) which is located on a top of mountain and offers a wonderful view of the nearby rice fields. The views will be a real highlight and a perfect spot to take some memorable photos!
After your experiences your driver will drive you back to your hotel in Bangkok.
