Overview
Your driver will collect you from your centrally located hotel in Bangkok and your tour starts with a visit to the Grand Palace.
The Palace has served as the official residence of Thai kings since 1782. Comprising several halls, pavilions and courtyards, the Palace complex is one of the most beautiful examples of the Siamese court, adorned with glittering gold lacquer and glass mosaics. Walk around the compound to see the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Reception Palace and the Funeral Palace. Pay homage to Thailand's most revered religious image in the ornately decorated Temple of the Emerald Buddha, called Wat Phra Kaew.
Your private guide will share relevant local information, symbolism and facts as you take in these memorable sites.
