Overview
Your tour starts from Chinatown Square where you start an interesting walk through one of the oldest parts of Bangkok.
Take in the local sights as you walk along Yaowarat Road where you will disocver interesting shops, selling herbal medicines and other delicacies. Stop at an old tea shop to enjoy a cup of Chinese tea with the locals.
From here you will then head down Trok Leng Moi Eia (a small side street) to Talad Kao and arrive at the busy local market. Your guide will point out the variety of fresh food, a selection of fresh and dried fruits, Chinese herbs and groceries. Observe the old-style market and you will also have the chance to sample some of the local food and desserts. You may also wish to sample some of local dishes for dinner whilst you are here.
Then it's time for your tour highlight as you hop onto a Tuk Tuk for a short ride around the local area and old community, a thrilling experience! Continue to one of the Le bua rooftop bars by Tuk Tuk for a delicious Mai Thai cocktail. Above the rooftop are breath taking panoramic views of the city to enjoy, take some photos before your transfer back to your hotel.
