Overview
Your tour will depart from Bai Chay Pier in Ha Long Bay to Yen Tu Mountain. On arrival, take cable-car to Hoa Yen Pagoda at the altitude of 534 m and see on this peak two 700-year-old frangipane trees.
You will continue your tour to visit the beautiful garden where giving you feeling like walking on clouds, return to ancient. If the weather is agreeable, from this summit you can admire the dramatic landscape of the northeast of Vietnam.
After your visit to the garden, you will be driven to typical northern Vietnam village for lunch then discover the tranquility of countryside in village a symbol village in Red River Delta of North Vietnam. You will admire endless green rice fields, traditional houses, walking on peaceful paths, talking with local people. This is uniquely chance to discover the reality life of local Vietnamese people with their farm work, such as catch fishing and take part in uniquely Water Puppet Show in village's pond that showed by farmers.
At the end of the tour, you will be returned back to the port plenty of time in advance before your ships departure.

Wear comfortable walking shoes for this excursion as there is some walking on uneven ground, inclines and steps.

We are unable to drive up the mountain top, however there are steps to climb to the top that takes about 25 mins easy walking.

It is not a strenuous walk, however, clients can freely relax at Long Tien pagoda if they choose to, while others climb to the top. This is located at the foot of the mountain.
