Overview
You will begin your tour with a drive to the Marina at Tuan Chau Island, where you will be welcomed to a modern and colorful reception and lounge.
From here you will embark your private yacht and meet your friendly crew. Enjoy your welcome drink as your start your scenic cruise through Ga Choi (Fighting cocks) and Dinh Huong islets to visit Ti Top island. Step ashore and enjoy a stroll on the beach and climb about 200m steps to the top of the mountain. Admire the beautiful views of Halong bay, take in some of the 2,000 bizarrely shaped limestone outcrops jutting out of the bay and discover the hidden coves.
There is a stop if you wish to anchor. You may exit the boat to take photos and if you wish to see the famous Hang Dau Go (Grotto of the Wooden Stakes). The stakes were driven into the mud in 1288 to skewer the boats of Kublai Khans mongol army as the tide receded. There are also stairs to a lookout point to view the massive scene.
Return to your yacht, and paddle (double kayak) to explore Luon cave. This is an arch-shaped entrance leading to a tranquil lake, which is about 1 square kilometer. Enclosed by high mountains, this lake is protected from the waves and winds of the ocean, and the water surface is relatively gentle. This lake is like a jade that has been reserved carefully by the mountains of Bo Hon Island.
From here it’s a paddle back to your yacht and you continue to cruise to visit Trong cave (Drum cave), the name is from the sound made by the numerous stalactites on its ceiling, making the sound of distant drumbeats when a wind blows in. A perfect setting to take some photos!
There is a bar onboard, should you wish to purchase any additional refreshments to compliment your relaxing time onboard, your private crew will be on hand to make sure your time on the water is comfortable.
Then it’s on to Luom Bo islet to Tra Bau Floating village, untouched beauty, one of the most peaceful areas in Halong bay. Visit the floating village, you will enjoy paddling to explore the area.
Enjoy lunch on a floating house, that is prepared with fresh seafood, (several delicious courses) from the surrounding waters. What’s better than sipping a cool drink and enjoying mouth-watering food with a stunning setting!
Cruise back to the harbour after lunch, disembark your private yacht and transfer back your cruise ship.
The final portion of the tour onboard, as you leisurely cruise back Halong harbor, you will enjoy afternoon canapés and admire the marvelous sunset from the bay.
