Your full day of discovery starts as your guide meets you at the cruise ports Halong Waiting Lounge, from here you will board your transportation to Hanoi. Arriving into Hanoi you immediately feel the vibrance of the city. Your first stop is the well known Train Street, famous world-wide since the train travels through neighborhoods almost touching the buildings due to the close proximity! Part of everyday life for locals, it's a real sight to see, remember your camera to take your pictures of this historic street!
From here you travel to Sword Lake, enjoy a stroll and learn about the legend of the lake. Discover the beautiful Huc Bridge in the heart of Hanoi, a vibrant red color, provides a lovely tranquil setting. From here it's time for a bit of adventure as you board your local trishaw transport. A fun experience exploring the Old Quarter, expect bustling streets, local culture and ancient buildings - it's the perfect way to see the colorful neighborhood and take in the colonial charm!
Your city visit wouldn't be complete without a visit to try Egg coffee. It's a unique drink served in local cafes, however if you decide it's not for you, you can choose an alternative coffee or replace your Egg coffee time with a visit and shopping time at Dong Xuan market. Whatever you choose you are going to be immersed in Vietnamese culture and create wonderful memories of your time ashore!
You will board your bus for your return transfer to your cruise ship with views of Halong Bay, a relaxing end to this memorable tour.
