Overview
You will be met at the entrance gate of Phu my port by your driver and guide. Enjoy a private air conditioned transfer of approximately 45 minutes, as you make your way into the exciting city of Vung.
Upon arrival, jump onto your pedicab and enjoy this unique experience as you travel to the White Palace - a colonial building erected as a beachside residence for the emperor Bao Dai. Sited up the slopes of the large hill at the end of the beach, it catches the sea breeze and offers expansive views. The palace was also used by various presidents of South Vietnam. Continue cycling through the windy streets before making your way back to a local park near the beach. Take in the sights as you enjoy a leisurely walk around the park or even try some local street food.
Next, head to Vung Tau church, a small but special church with an oriental-style roof. This church is the oldest in Vung Tau and the most elegant in its simplicity and charm. Savor the peaceful moments at the church before making your way over to the local markets.
Take in the smells and vibrant colors of all the local delicacies as you make your way through the local market. Enjoy the local cake, a must in the area with a cup of coffee as you stroll the streets searching for that perfect souvenir.
End your tour with a private transfer back to the cruise port.
