Overview
Your local chef awaits to share their step-by-step guidance for your cooking experience!
So, get ready to grab your aprons and ingredients and start your preparations!
Once you have mastered this, you will begin cooking a typical Bajan favorite and add finishing touches to the presentation of your dish.
The Caribbean smells and flavors will invigorate your group in this enjoyable experience.
In our class, you will learn to cook a traditional Barbadian dish and also learn how to make a rum punch Bajan style.
Popular Bajan dishes include fish and cou cou, macaroni pie and lamb, pigtails and pudding and souse.
Barbadian are meat eaters but they also love fish so pescatarians will have options. The class may not be suitable for strict vegetarians or vegans. Participants are to advise of any food restrictions or limitations when booking.
Once finished, sit down, relax, admire your cuisine, and take some memorable photos! In addition, your tour includes a rum punch-making demonstration and instruction, providing the perfect beverage to accompany your local dish.
This truly makes this an authentic experience with your private group.
