Your guided tour begins with a welcome drink, choose from a signature Rum Punch or Hampden Iced Tea, as you’re introduced to the fascinating history of the estate and its Scottish founder, Mr. Archibald Sterling. Stroll the lush, scenic grounds and explore the legendary Hampden Great House, once home to one of Jamaica’s most influential rum families.
Then, dive into the heart of the distillery where the magic happens. Learn how Hampden’s award-winning rums are made using traditional techniques that date back centuries. You’ll sample two of their finest creations: the smooth overproof Rum Fire and the elegant Hampden Gold.
