From there, board your private boat for a scenic cruise along the iconic Bosphorus Strait, where Europe and Asia meet. If you miss a plane or experience long or serious delays due to missed/cancelled flights or lost luggage, please contact your tour operator at the number provided to you on your voucher. If your tour operator does not hear from you, you may be charged for the time they have to wait for you at the airport. If your flight was cancelled and they do not hear from you, you will be charged the full amount of your transfer.
International arrivals from Europe and US land in Istanbul after 9:30 a.m. and it takes about 1 hour to leave the airport. Clients will arrive at the Old Town at noon. After concluding touring, we will drop off guests at 4 p.m. at their hotel or the pier as cruise ships mostly depart at 6 p.m. from Istanbul.
Local currencies which are accepted are the Euro, Turkish Lira, US Dollar and Great British Pound.
Shoes are not permitted inside the Mosque. A plastic bag will be given to you where you can put your shoes in and carry with you. For your information the Mosque is carpeted.
Men and women cannot enter into the Mosque with shorts or sleeveless shirts. Men can wear long trousers and a sleeved shirt. Women may wear slacks or a dress or blouse and skirt (at least below the knees), preferably with elbow-length or longer sleeves (no bare shoulders or upper arms). Women should cover their head with a scarf. No need to cover the face, the covering is meant to hide your hair only. If your dress is not matching these requirements do not worry as you are still able to visit the Mosque. At the entrance of the Mosque the attendants provide robes and/or scarfs to wear during your visit (this is free of charge).
There is a lot of walking involved in this tour - mainly uneven and cobblestone surface (there are also steps and inclines)
