Your day of Mazatlan fun begins with a visit to a local distillery.
See how distillers, using the freshest of local ingredients and a combination of European and Mexican techniques, have created a unique and delicious liquor!
Sample this refreshing new product as well as the other fine spirits produced here.
Its just a short walk from the distillery to a beautiful resort right in the Golden Zone. You will have full use of the facilities, including deck chairs and a pool overlooking the beach.
For those who prefer shopping, there is a shopping area just a few steps from the resort. You will have 2 delightful hours here to spend as you wish. Food and beverages are available for purchase at an excellent restaurant located right inside the resort.
Enjoy a beautiful view of 3 islands and the beach as you dine. In addition, water sports rentals are located on the beach. Here you can rent jet skis, kayaks, sailboats, go parasailing and more!
After enjoying the beach, your guide will tell you about Mazatlan's unlikely brewing history, show you the cemetery where Mazatlan's brewing pioneers lie, and take you to Mazatlan's only microbrewery. At Tres Islas, they take pride in every hand-produced batch, nothing automated here. This small, locally-owned shop and the craft beer they produce is gaining popularity among travelers and locals alike. Sample a couple of their most popular brews before heading back to the ship.
Included in this tour is a drive along the Mazatlan malecon, one of the longest and most beautiful coastal drives in the Americas.
