Overview
Dubai is a truly beautiful city, home to both wonders of the ancient world, and modern marvels. It's safe to say that this synergy of old and new creates a truly fantastic setting, and definitely one that needs to be seen with your own eyes! Words really cannot do this city justice! You'll start off in a more modern area of the city, and make your way through, eventually reaching Jumeira Mosque.
You'll then carry on with a drive along the Dubai Creek. After a very pleasant drive, you'll then be able to enjoy a stroll through the narrow pathways of Bastakia. Next up is a trip to the Al Fahidi Fort, which is home to the Dubai museum as well. And just when you thought this tour couldn't get any more comprehensive, you'll then cross the creek in an Abrah, or water taxi!
After the crossing, you'll then continue through the exotic, aromatic spice souk, and the glittering Gold souk! Only then, does the tour end! Talk about in-depth, this tour really is the best way to get to know the city of Dubai! You really would have to be mad to pass up this wonderful opportunity, so what are you waiting for?! You need to get booking right now, cause this tour is definitely not one you want to miss!

During Ramadan 26 May till 25 June, dress codes get more conservative. Dubai is usually relatively liberal, but during the Holy Month women should cover their shoulders and their legs down to their knees when out in public, carry a pashmina or a shawl if you do not want to wear lots of layers. For men, it is shirts or T-shirts as usual but make sure shorts are knee length. Expect uncomfortable stares or even a fine if you ignore this rule during the Holy Month.
Everyone has to abide by the “do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum in public between sunrise and sunset rule” and that includes tourists. These laws can be punished with fines or even jail time if broken. Restaurants will not be open during the day, but there are some designated cafes open for non-Muslims hidden away behind curtains in most shopping malls; ask at mall information booths for their location if you need a soft drink or a snack. It’s easy to get dehydrated if you are not used to the summer heat.
