Overview
From the port of Mormugao, we will commence our tour of experiencing the beautiful destination of Goa.
We begin our adventure around wonderful Goa, whisking you away from the port to our first stop in the village of Majorda - experiencing its stunning beach which is known as one of the most laid-back in the world!
We then continue on our beach safari to one of the most famous in all of Goa - Colva Beach - located in the south of Goa. Take your time to enjoy the many vibrant beach shacks, food stalls, restaurants, pubs, and bars on offer.
Our next stop is at the town of Margao - famous for its heavy Portuguese influence and an old-world charm. Here the traditional churches and fine country houses with dark rosewood furniture give the feel of a world from a different time gone by. Margao is renowned for the Church of the Holy Spirit, one of the most magnificent churches of Goa with a lavish architectural setup - and built in 1675.
Our tour concludes at the 3 Kings Chapel - also known as Timika Cathedral. The Chapel is situated on a hill just off the coastal road, and is one of the most breathtaking spots you will find in Goa! If time permits, we'll have the chance to ascent the hill that the church sits on, and be in awe of the lavish and lush green jungle that surrounds us - not to mention the peaceful Arabian Sea in the distance.
You will then be brought back to the port in plenty of time for your ships departure.
