Burj Khalifa's visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Here and throughout your journey, you will be entertained and informed by a multi-media presentation that chronicles Dubai's exotic history and the fascinating story of Burj Khalifa. Leave the reception area aboard the 65-meter-long travelator on a trip that transports you through time, from the earliest days of Dubai to the present. Pause briefly at a unique viewing point for your first close-up view of the soaring Burj Khalifa, seen through a skylight framing its awe-inspiring height. Begin your vertical ascent to the observation deck in a high-speed elevator, traveling at 10 meters per second. As the doors open, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a breath-taking unobstructed 360-degree view of the city, desert and ocean. By night, sparkling lights and stars compete for your attention.

Special telescopes provide virtual time-travel visions of the scenes beyond and below. You can also walk the entire perimeter for the most comprehensive views. If you wish, adventure outside onto the open-air terrace to enjoy another perspective of the sweeping views below.

You can even visit the shop At the top of Burj Khalifa, and take home a truly unique souvenir of your visit.

Special Instructions

The tickets for the Burj Khalifa will be booked for non peak hours. Your ticket will be booked for between the hours of - 8:30am to 2:30pm, and after 7:00pm
It is recommended to take sun cream and a sun hat, as at times on this excursion it can get un-seasonably hot
It is recommended to drink plenty of water
Please wear comfortable footwear for this excursion as there is some walking on uneven ground, inclines and steps
Please don't forget your fully charged camera, as we don't want you to miss out on some wonderful memories
During Ramadan the holy month, dress codes get more conservative. Dubai is usually relatively liberal, but during the Holy Month women should cover their shoulders and their legs down to their knees when out in public, carry a pashmina or a shawl if you do not want to wear lots of layers. For men, it is shirts or T-shirts as usual but make sure shorts are knee length. Expect uncomfortable stares or even a fine if you ignore this rule during the Holy Month
Everyone has to abide by the "do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum in public between sunrise and sunset rule" and that includes Tourists. These laws can be punished with fines or even jail time if broken
Restaurants will not be open during the day, but there are some designated cafes open for non-Muslims hidden away behind curtains in most shopping malls; ask at mall information booths for their location if you need a soft drink or a snack. It's easy to get dehydrated if you are not used to the summer heat
For the comfort and security of all guests, visitors are required to store their shopping bags and strollers in the Check Room located near the At the Top entrance. Your belongings can be picked up when exiting the attraction
The entire At the Top experience is wheelchair accessible. Working service animals for the disabled are allowed on the Tour, however other pets are not permitted. There are currently no accommodations for the hearing or sight impaired.
