There are many flavors to savor on the island and with an abundance of delicious tropical fruits you will experience a fruit tasting session Taste the fruits in season, unique to the region and later on in the tour you will be introduced to the trees and plants that produce them.

From sweet to savory you have the chance to learn how to make Jerk Chicken, a beloved Jamaican dish known for its flavorful and spicy marinade. Guests will be given a demonstration on how to make Jamaican Jerk Chicken. In this cooking lesson, you will be guided through the preparation and cooking process, gaining insights into the secret of Jamaican jerk seasoning.

From here your tour takes a leisurely stroll through a botanical Herbal Garden. Explore the lush surroundings filled with a diverse range of plants, including medicinal herbs that are labeled with medicinal uses, fruit trees, ornamental trees, flowers, shrubs and ground produce. This offers a unique opportunity to learn about the rich biodiversity of Jamaica and the traditional uses of various plants.

Continuing in nature, you will enjoy a walk through the coffee garden and learn about the coffee cultivation process and the importance of coffee to Jamaican culture. Jamaica is famous for its Blue Mountain coffee, which is considered some of the best coffee in the world.

After your sightseeing, you have the option to indulge in a mouth watering Jamaican feast. The menu typically includes local specialties like yams and sweet potatoes, rice & peas (a staple dish), festival (a type of fried dumpling), Callaloo, Ackee and codfish (The National Dish) and the jerk chicken prepared during the cooking lesson. This meal provides a true taste of Jamaican flavors and culture. Vegetarians and Vegan are welcome on this food tour.
