The Sea Lion Discovery program is a once in a lifetime experience!

Enjoy hanging out with some of the most adorable and chubbiest sea lions of all.
Get the most lovely and ticklish kiss you have ever had followed by a cozy, wet hug.

During your swimming program, the marine mammal specialists will teach you some interesting information about sea lions, their habitat and what we can do to help take care of our planet.

But the fun doesn't stop there... after your incredible activity, watch as the silly sea lions wobble onto the stage and show the audience the coolest and funniest tricks you can imagine.

Special Instructions

  • excluded PLEASE NOTE: All participants must be over 55 inches (4ft, 6in) to participate in the Sea Lion programs. Minimum suggested age is 10 years old. All minor-aged (18 and under) participants must be accompanied by a fully participating adult parent.

  • excluded Please check in 30 minutes prior to activity time
  • excluded Very important: You must bring your prepaid voucher or you will not be allowed to participate in this program - no exceptions.
  • excluded For companions, Aquaventuras Park has an entrance fee of US $25.00 per adult and US $19.00 per child 4-11 years old.
  • excluded The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
  • excluded For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
  • excluded Jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object that might scratch the sea lions are not allowed.
  • excluded Use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species
  • excluded Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
  • excluded Guests must follow the rules of the guides/instructors at all times.
