Your guide picks you up at your pre-arranged hotel ready to take you to discover the most talked about wine region in the world! That wine region is The Hunter Valley and it stands as the oldest wine producer in all of Australia, crafting and enhancing the taste of wines since 1820!

Following your pickup in Sydney, sit back and enjoy the journey as you head out into the beautiful countryside. It takes around 2 hours to arrive at Hunter Valley, ready to taste and discover some world-renowned wines and meet the people behind this famous region.

With over 90 cellar doors, your guide will focus on a few of the boutique wineries where soaking in the passion of the winemakers is unavoidable. Meet the winemakers, try some cheese, and enjoy the glorious wine straight from the source. In this wonderful setting you will enjoy lunch, meet local experts, and a small group of travelers, there simply isn't a better way of moving around The Hunter Valley! Bring your taste buds, as you are in for a real treat.

At the end of your tour, your return transfer will take you back to Sydney, with incredible memories of this region!

Considerations

Transportation is not included unless staying at one of the listed hotels located in the special instructions.
Hotel guests need to make their own way to the departure point, either by walking or by taxi (additional cost).
This tour is unable to accommodate luggage or include drop-offs or pickups at the airport.

This tour requires a minimum of 3 guests and a maximum of 14 guests to operate.

Special Instructions

Local currency is the Australian dollar (AUD).
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
Bring your sunglasses, sun cream, sunhat and water bottle.
You will need to make your way to one of the following 4, pre-arranged departure points:
1. Mercure Sydney Central: 818 George St (Little Regent St) – near Central Station and Ultimo areas. 700am estimated pick-up time.............
2. 7:20am – Hilton Hotel: 255 Pitt St – centre of City, near Town Hall & St James Stations, and Eastern City (Bondi, Coogee etc). 720am estimated pick-up time.............
3. Four Seasons Hotel (rear entrance): 96-98 Harrington St – The Rocks and West Circular Qua. 735am estimated pick-up time.............
4. Radisson Blu Plaza: 27 O’Connell St – Circular Quay Station and East Circular Quay. 745am estimated pick-up time.............
