Overview

Your tour begins at the port where your friendly guide will be waiting to escort you by coach to the traditional Maltese village of Siggiewi which is home to the Limestone Heritage Park and Gardens.

This award winning attraction is set in beautiful grounds, where you will gain an insight into the local history and culture of how these wonderful sculptures are created. There will be time to enjoy refreshments, explore the grounds and to browse the shops for a handmade souvenir should you wish to take one home.

Your tour then continues by coach to visit the beautiful fishing village off Marsaxlokk. The waterfront here is lined with traditional fishing boats known as 'luzzus' and are brightly painted in red, blue and yellow adding vibrancy to this peaceful bay. A perfect place to capture memorable photos!

Marsaxlokk was the port used when the first Turkish landings took place during the Great Siege of 1565. There will be free time here to take a leisurely stroll or to browse the local market stalls.

Your tour concludes with a scenic drive as we make your way back to the cruise port.

Churches and cathedrals are closed to tourists on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. Therefore the order of itineraries may change according to the days of the week selecting. The Cathedrals are also closed on Mondays and Thursday. The order of the site visits can be changed at the discretion of the guide and subject to entrance timings.

All Heritage Malta Sites (most museums and sites) are closed on the following days: 24,25 and 31 December, 1 January and Good Friday.
