Your adventure begins with a scenic drive along the island’s lush Caribbean coastline, with your first stop at a local rum distillery. Learn about Martinique’s renowned rum-making process, enjoy a sampling of the island’s finest blends, and, if you wish, purchase a bottle to take home.

Next, unwind at the stunning Carbet Beach, a wide stretch of soft black sand framed by tropical palms and clear waters. Whether you want to dip your toes in the sea, sunbathe, or take in the view of Mount Pelée in the distance, the time is yours to enjoy. As this is a private tour, you’re free to linger here longer if you'd prefer, just let your guide know.

From the beach, journey to the historic ruins of Saint-Pierre, once known as the “Paris of the Caribbean” before it was tragically destroyed by the 1902 eruption of Mount Pelée. You'll pass by the haunting remains of this town and learn about its dramatic past.

Continue into the island’s green interior to reach Saut Gendarme Waterfall, a short, easy walk through lush rainforest. The falls offer a peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s soundtrack, a great spot for photos or a quick dip.

On the way back, stop at the Alma River viewpoint for stunning rainforest vistas before arriving at Balata Church, a beautiful replica of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Paris, perched high above the island with panoramic views of Fort-de-France.

At the end of your tour, relax as you're driven back to the port in plenty of time for your ship’s departure.
