You will be met at the port of Kusadasi by your English speaking guide.
Sit back and enjoy the views as you head to the ancient Miletus archaeological site just an hour's drive away. Here you will spend time amongst stunning remains including a 25,000 seat theatre, the Sanctuary of Apollo, Stadium and Roman baths.
Once considered one of the wealthiest and greatest of Greek cities, it was destroyed by the Persians in 499 BC and rebuilt by Greek architect Hippodamos.
Excavations began in 1873 unearthing what remains at the site today, many artifacts are now housed in the newly opened archaeological museum. On display, you will see wonderful artifacts that span 5000 years taken from numerous historical sites throughout the area.
We then re-join the vehicle for a short 20-mile drive to Didyma. Once an ancient sanctuary, now home to the spectacular ruins of the Temple of Apollo and the 4th Largest temple of the ancient Greek world. Famed for the location where the oracle would stand and tell the future, a place of worship that today is an impressive must-see whilst porting in Kusadasi. With its impressive floor plan and numerous pillars, it's the perfect spot to take a photo before heading back to Kusadasi cruise port.

There is a lot of walking involved in this tour it is essential you wear suitable footwear. It also gets very warm in summertime please do not forget your sun cream and sunhat and drink plenty of water.
